Day 1~ January 2023 Fasting and prayer

The way to begin prayer is always to praise and worship the Creator in the name of Jesus. Declare gratitude for life and where He has taken you so far. This is a special day for which we must be excited.

Here are our prayer points for today.

👉🏼 Father I exalt your name. There is no one given a name like yours.

Philippians 2:9-10
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

👉🏼 You are high and lifted up and your glory fills the temple!

Habakkuk 1:12-13
Art thou not from everlasting,
O LORD my God, mine Holy One? we shall not die. O LORD, thou hast ordained them for judgment; and, O mighty God, thou hast established them for correction.
Thou art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity:
wherefore lookest thou upon them that deal treacherously, and holdest thy tongue when the wicked devoureth the man that is more righteous than he?

👉🏼Lord lead us in the paths of righteousness as we focus on you for the next 21 days. We Declare Your Lordship in our lives and that of El Shaddai and partners.

Psalms 86:10-11
For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.
Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.

👉🏼Father, release thy wondrous miracles in this time and season. Give us grace to overcome through thanksgiving.

1 Chronicles 25:1-2
Moreover, David and the captains of the host separated to the service of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was: Of the sons of Asaph; Zaccur, and Joseph, and Nethaniah, and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph under the hands of Asaph, which prophesied according to the order of the king.

👉🏼Favour Lord as we worship you. Encounters with you of greater magnitude.

Joshua 5:14-15
And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant? And the captain of the LORD’s host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so.

👉🏼Today focus on lifting Him higher. Sing praises, pray and open your heart to His words.
